Man walks around with a knife coming out of his HEAD during New York's weekend of bloodshed

The unidentified man was filmed by onlookers who spotted him walking over to a paramedic with fabric tied around his arm and blood covering his clothing following the attack in New York's Harlem at 11.56am.
