US Air Force tests 'flying car' that uses 18 independent rotors and doesn't require pilot's license

The Air Force oversaw a test flight of Hexa, a prototype flying car with 18 rotors. Controlled by joystick, Hexa doesn't require a pilot's license and is said to be safer than smaller traditional planes.
