DOJ probe into plot to bribe White House 'in exchange for a presidential pardon'

A judicial memorandum unsealed Tuesday laid out allegations of a  'Bribery-for-pardon scheme.' It said an intermediary offered a 'substantial' campaign contribution to secure a presidential pardon.
