Alabamans may soon face felony charges for providing trans minors with hormone therapy or surgery

The bill, sponsored by State Senator Shay Shelnutt, left, has been sent to the House after it passed 23-4. Violators could face up to 10 years in prison or a $15,000 fine if signed into law.
