Woman, 24, arrested after deadly police chase has history of alcohol abuse and trauma

Jennifer Carvajal, 24, was arrested on April 25 after a Highway Patrol trooper recorded the car she was allegedly driving tearing down the road at 111 mph before the car wrecked killing her cousin.
