Mexican cartel leader tortured to death one month after he 'ordered massacre that left 15 dead'

Edgar Valladares, a leader within the Gulf Cartel, and his bodyguard were found dead Tuesday in Reynosa, Mexico. Valladares is said to have ordered the June 19 attack that left 19 innocent civilians dead.
