UPS driver 'pointed gun at baby and said it was "time to die" before killing his dad'

Tamarius Davis, 22, from Georgia, allegedly pointed a gun at Dustin Wakefield's baby son and issued a threat, but the young dad protected his child, and was fatally shot in Miami Beach.
